Tonal Versatility:

• Vintage to Modern Tone Shaping: The DP3 includes TK Audio's acclaimed input stage and germanium circuit from the DP2, augmented with a new saturation circuit for added harmonic richness. Choose between vintage warmth or modern transparency, or blend for unique sound signatures.
• Advanced Circuitry:
• The high-quality Swedish Lundahl transformer in the input stage, followed by saturation and germanium circuits, provides a palette of color and harmonics.
• The class-A stage, driven by a custom-made Carnhill transformer, delivers that iconic fat, punchy sound with a distinctive mid-range and warm top end.

Ideal for DI Recording:

• High Impedance (Hi-Z) Mode: Designed for direct instrument recording, the DP3's Hi-Z mode bypasses the input transformer, sending the signal directly to the saturation and germanium circuits via a high-pass filter for precise low-end control.
• DI Gain: +14 dB gain for bass recording, paired with the class-A stage for optimal tone.
