The Studio Display SD2 is the latest addition, with completely redesigned electronics from the ground up, new modifications and features added according to customer requirements.
The Studio Display SD2 allows you to see incoming timecode precisely and independently from your monitor. It greatly expands on the features of the existing Timecode Display. In addition to timecode, the Studio Display SD2 can show bars&beats, time, or samples. Compatible with Pro Tools and most other audio/MIDI applications.
PunchLight DLi included: Another important change is the USB connection via the PunchLight DLi (Display&Light interface), which is included. This small box has one output for the Studio Display SD2 and two additional outputs for connecting external lights, such as the Recording Display, Lamp, and Ring etc. The PunchLight DLi connects to a computer via a standard USB 2m cable. The Studio Display SD2 is hooked up to the PunchLight DLi via a six-wire cable, terminated at both ends using RJ11 phone-connectors. This cable is supplied in the standard length of 10m, with 20m on request. For other lengths please check with us.
