Grace Design m900 - Desktop DAC Headphone Amplifier - Compact Powerhouse
The Grace Design m900 Desktop DAC Headphone Amplifier is a portable, high-performance solution for audio professionals and enthusiasts, delivering transparent playback from USB, S/PDIF, or TOSLINK sources. Combining reference-quality DAC and amplifier technology from our flagship monitor controllers, the m900 fits seamlessly into small DAW setups, laptop rigs, or personal listening spaces—all in a rugged, affordable package crafted in Lyons, Colorado.
Incredible DAC Performance
Powered by the AKM 4490 chip with 32-bit processing, the m900 supports up to 384 kHz PCM and 256x DSD, using an asynchronous USB interface to eliminate bus jitter as the clock master. S/PDIF and TOSLINK inputs (up to 96 kHz) enhance any DAW interface with pristine D/A conversion, offering superb headphone monitoring and stereo speaker control.
Superb Audio and Flexible Power
The transimpedance amplifier topology and zero-ohm output driver deliver spacious, transparent sound with tight bass, enhanced by a next-gen crossfeed circuit for an immersive headphone experience. Dual power modes—Low (USB bus-powered) and High (with included 2A USB supply)—cater to various headphones, from easy-to-drive models to power-hungry cans, with up to 1900 mW per channel in High Power Mode.
Portable Design, Intuitive Control
Encased in a compact chassis, the m900 features a 7-segment LED display and rotary encoder for volume and setup navigation, with four DAC filter options to tailor playback. Monitoring modes (stereo, mono, L/R swap), channel balance, and RCA outputs for stereo systems make it a versatile desktop companion, backed by a 5-year transferable warranty.
