We brought all of the 500 series in for stock, and testing in our Clipalator. The results are easy to hear, from the DVA 500 Tube Pre, the DLC Tube EQ and DNE Compressor. Visit each of our folders in the Clipalator to hear them compared to hundreds of other items before you buy at ZenPro!
DVA Tube Preamp: You can hear the size but also the air around things, excellent presence and tone. Our "MIX" file is easiest to compare to others as it adds up all individuals to amplify their subtle effect it can bring to an entire song.
DLC Tube EQ: A soft, shimmery top end shines on this tube and inductor based design. Definitely not for agreesive use or drums, but a forgiving texture that is extremely pleasing to the ear.
DNE Compressor: One of the few pulse width modulation designs I actually like, one knob control with fast or slow attack or release. It has a way of staying out of the way and not pinching the audio, while controlling volume in a very smooth way.
